Description

Laboratory apparatus allowing the production of homogeneous slabs of hydrocarbon materials, according to the NF P 98-250.2 standard.

The material, placed in a parallelepipedic mould, is subjected to the action of a wheel or a coupling which can have vertical movements (with application of a preset variable load), longitudinal (at constant speed), transverse (imposed or free positions).

The bottom of the mould is mobile to hold the upper part of the material in the rolling plane. The pre-compaction, compaction and surfacing phases are carried out successively by varying the settings of the machine.

The opening at the front of the compactor frame allows easy handling of the moulds.

Durability
→ Demonstrates longevity, with units exceeding life cycles of over 20 years.

Optimized operator time
→ Compacting in both free and locked mode.

Security
→ Integration of several security levels

Rapidity
→ Distinguishes itself by its speed of compaction, which represents a significant operational time saving for the operator.

The plate compactor consists of three parts: A moulded frame guides a carriage at the rear, which is driven longitudinally by an electric gearbox. This carriage carries a balanced beam that can be moved in a vertical plane by means of a hydraulic cylinder. The balance beam is equipped with a fixed shaft, mounted perpendicular to the carriage’s trajectory, on which slides a “carrier” whose position is marked.
• This system gives the tyre three movements: longitudinal,
vertical and transverse. The front of the frame
accommodates an electric lifting table that pushes the
material from bottom to top as it is compacted.
• This table, whose plate adapts to the dimensions of the
slab to be compacted, is controlled by a main screw
coupled to four nut wheels, mobile on four screws attached
to the frame.
• The console: presented separately from the table, it
groups together all the control and monitoring elements
of the manufacturing process.

Possibility of pre-displaying the transverse position of the wheel.
• Semi-automatic operation after selection of the
number of passes on the same trajectory.
• Continuous control of the slab thickness.
• Compaction accessories: mainly fusegates, moulds,
bottom plates, hubs with tyres.
• Air conditioning: filter, lubricator and oil-pneumatic
exchanger, solenoid valve.
