APL 2015 SOFTWARE

Description

APL 2015 is a data processing software designed to handle data collected by longitudinal profile measuring devices (APL, MLPL, Unibox). The purchase of this software is independent of acquiring a measuring device.

APL 2015, which complies with the 2015 Technical Note and the 2014 UNI Guide, is available under several licenses depending on the measurement equipment used:

Operations

Depending on the condition survey speed and on the equipment, different operations are possible: – Check according to the Technical Note DEVT1521100N of 30 Sept 2015 – Check according to the 2014 Uni Guide “Longitudinal Evenness – State of the art and IDRRIM CEREMA recommendations” – Check of intermediate courses – NBO Expert Evaluation (Notes by Bandes Ondes) – CP Expert Evaluation (Coefficient of flatness) – PSD (Power Spectral Density) Expert Evaluation – IRI (International Roughness Index) Expert Evaluation – IRL (Longitudinal Reshaping Index) Expert Evaluation – Rolling Expert Evaluation – QSPO Expert Evaluation – sliding SW Energy Expert Evaluation – sliding SW Energy Expert Evaluation – sliding LW Energies Expert Evaluation – 2D sliding PSD Expert Evaluation – 3D sliding PSD Expert Evaluation – IIR Filtering Expert Evaluation APL 2015 also performs the checks listed in APL 2000: – NBO 200 check (highways) – Check 2000-36 – Wearing course check (except 2000-36)

Limits of use

The APL2015 – Unibox data license should not be used to perform evenness checks during the acceptance of works, according to the GNCDS note, issued in 2019.
