Road engineering group NextRoad announced the merger of its companies Qualys and Vectra to strengthen its road engineering, pavement testing, and equipment activities in France and abroad.
NextRoad Merges Qualys and Vectra
In 2018, the NextRoad Group strengthened its organization by merging its companies Qualys and Vectra into a single entity: NextRoad Engineering. The group also created NextRoad Equipment for its testing and laboratory equipment activities.
This new organization supports the groupâs growth in road engineering, road testing, and equipment services in France and abroad.

The merger follows the groupâs national development strategy, including the acquisition of A.L.I.C.E in 2018.
